Job Description :
Application Engineers should know the CAD tools, i.e. Cadence, Synopsys etc. Should be experienced in installing license servers, process kit installation, CAD installation, setup, testing etc, also required to write shell scripts to make new setup/environment compatible with Client Databases.
The client uses modules and invokes them to configure their CAD tools. Will require updated module scripts for each of the tools for proper integration.
IT Infrastructure Support:
The implementation support will include

- Installation/configuration of servers/storage/network.
- Tools used for engineering activities.
- Installation of PDKs on engineering PCs.
- Installation of engineering enterprise applications, including Cadence Design Systems for engineering simulations.
