Job Title: Marketing Manager
The Role: As the Marketing Manager for S-Square Systems, you will play a vital role in building and strengthening the company’s brand reputation and accelerating revenue growth. With your experience and skills, you will drive marketing initiatives that help the company transform and create new business models while delivering tangible results.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will be responsible for service offering messaging, value propositions, competitive analysis and positioning, GTM strategy, sales enablement, and customer insights to inform strategic campaigns that help drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Improve brand perception, drive demand across target customers, media, ecosystem partners, analysts, and more
  • Design, develop, and execute an integrated marketing plan aligned to business goals
  • Develop and own marketing campaign strategy, framework and roadmap
  • Own digital channel strategy: web, social, media and publications
  • Take full ownership and lead on the divisional marketing strategy to generate new business enquiries and meet growth KPIs
  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix to leverage and contribute to our MQL and marketing pipeline goals
  • Develop and own content and thought leadership strategy – articles, blogs, etc.
  • Manage marketing campaigns and supporting activities – events, media and publications, memberships, associations, webcasts, podcasts, internal and external communications
  • Manage digital marketing and related activities – SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, and Marketing automation
  • Work with the business to develop thought leadership, case studies, videos, solution collaterals, press releases, internal communications, and other types of content that support planned campaigns as well as ongoing needs
  • Identify and execute events, both virtual and in-person, aligned to the marketing plan
  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Develop account penetration strategy to strengthen the relationship with target executives (CxO and client leadership)
  • Develop and manage account-specific marketing programs for priority accounts aligned with account objectives and revenue goals
  • Measure marketing program performance and effectiveness against the set KPIs
  • Convert campaign performance data into actionable insights

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant work experience in partner marketing, product marketing, demand generation in high-technology companies
  • Good experience in building global partner marketing strategies and programs
  • Strong preference for experience in software services marketing
  • Thorough understanding of content-led brand development principles, partner marketing frameworks, techniques, and best practices
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing
  • Ability to build a strategic perspective, influence, and execute it
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
