Data Collection & Preparation

This is where tools like Apache Spark and Pandas come into play. Our end goal at this stage is to normalize the dataset and ensure it’s primed for the next phase, i.e, model training.

Model Development & Training

With the data ready, we shift our focus to developing machine learning models to address the business need. The algorithms we use (classification, regression, or clustering models) also depend on the same.

We ensure that we fine-tune the hyperparameters to control the development of the model and simultaneously use techniques like cross-validation to enhance its performance.

AI Model Testing & Validation

After developing the model, our professionals test its performance and reliability in simulated real-world scenarios. We split the data into training, validation, and testing sets to evaluate the model’s generalization. 

For this, we use techniques like confusion matrices, Receiver Operating Characteristic Curves (ROC curves), and precision-recall analysis to further analyze its performance. 

In addition, we test for Generalization and Stability, Robustness, Bias, and Interpretability and Explainability, to name a few.

Deployment & Integration

Once we are satisfied that the model is performing as it should on all fronts, we will deploy it into your production environment. We utilize containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes to ensure your model is scalable and the deployment process is efficient.

We also implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process, so that any future updates or improvements can be rolled out with minimal disruptions.

Monitoring & Optimization

Post development, as part of our AI/ML managed services, we continually monitor the newly deployed solution by setting up monitoring systems to track key performance indicators and detect anomalies. If we find performance degradation over time, we initiate retraining processes to restore the model’s efficacy.
