Issue:
While applying AD/TXK Delta 10 patches, patch fails on app2 or db1(secondary) node while running Autoconfig with mentioned below error
ERROR:

Template shipped by oracle is having a version different than the template lying in custom directory.
Template shipped by Oracle: /opt/mis/apps/oraApps/XXX/patchfs/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/admin/template/oacore_web_xml_FMW.tmp (version: 120.17.12020000.23)
Custom template: /opt/mis/apps/oraApps/XXX/patchfs/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/admin/template/custom/oacore_web_xml_FMW.tmp(version: 120.17.12020000.20)
Please resolve the differences between the two templates or refer to the Oracle E-Business Suite Setup Guide for further details.

Solution: (Please note to perform the below steps in PATCH file system)
1) Rename the current oacore_web_xml_FMW.tmp file in the /opt/mis/apps/oraApps/XXX/patchfs/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/admin/template/custom folder to oacore_web_xml_FMW.tmp.bak
2) Copy the /opt/mis/apps/oraApps/XXX/patchfs/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/admin/template/oacore_web_xml_FMW.tmp (version: 120.17.12020000.23)
to folder /opt/mis/apps/oraApps/XXX/patchfs/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/admin/template/custom
3) Rerun the adop cycle with below options
adop phase=apply patches=xxx, xxx, xxx options=forceapply merge=yes abandon=yes restart=no
