FICO – Test Lead

Required Skills for FICO – Test Lead:

• 8+ years relevant experience.
• Understanding the business requirements of the organization.
• Configure G/ L, A/ P, A /R Asset Accounting.
• Good command of costing.
• Configure Global settings and Enterprise structure settings.
• Validate the report requirements and any changes in the customize.
• Prepare end-user training document.
• Sort out day-to-day queries of end-users.
• Gather information on current business processes and prepare a document.
• Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element.
• Gap analysis – finding the gap between AS-IS and the To-Be process.
• Functional testing and integration testing.
• Production support for other integrated modules in SAP.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
• Need to understand the requirements or user stories and develop the test scenarios.
• Need to work with cross-module team members to define and design E2E test scenarios.
• Guide the SAP testers in developing the required test cases for the identified scenarios.
• Need to identify the required test data for the scenarios or test case execution.
• Help testers to understand the core functional process and guide them.
• Able to participate in defect calls and provide inputs to the development team.
• Must be experienced in working with test management tools like ADO.
